State of PA Visitors Center

This video is part of a presentation for The State of Pennsylvania’s New Visitor Center. It was successfully used as an attention getter promoting the main exhibit.

The story consists of a miniaturized Ben Franklin explaining to a teenage boy his right and privileges as a citizen of this country.
